Clarification Text within the Scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698
GÖRKEM OTELCİLİK TURİZM A.Ş.; hereinafter, will be referred to as “ PINE VALLEY HOTEL. “

As PINE VALLEY HOTEL, we respect and care about the privacy of private life. Therefore, we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 (hereinafter it will be referred to as “KVKK “).

1. a) Data Supervisor

GÖRKEM OTELCİLİK TURİZM A.Ş. ; hereinafter, will be referred to as “ PINE VALLEY HOTEL ” We inform you that we are processing your personal data as data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 (hereinafter it will be referred to as “KVKK “) and other relevant legislation. 

1. b) Processed Personal Data

The personal data categories and explanations to be processed within the scope of the purposes and legal reasons stated in the Clarification Text within the scope of this Law No.6698 on the Protection of Personal Data in accordance with KVKK and other related legislation are as follows:

ID information: Name-surname, place, and date of birth, nationality, TR ID number, accompanying guest name-surname, place of birth and date 

Contact information: Address, Phone number, e-mail address
Financial Information: Bank account information
Sensitive Personal Data: Photo, Health status, and drug usage information
Physical Space Security: Camera recordings
Other: Allergen status information

1. c) For What Purposes Will Personal Data Be Processed

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of;

• Execution of processes related to accommodation service,
• Registration in the online software systems used by PINE VALLEY HOTEL to execute its sales and marketing policies,
• Measuring and increasing customer satisfaction
• Collection and evaluation of complaints and suggestions, if any, regarding PINE VALLEY HOTEL products and services,
• Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial job security of the relevant persons in the business relationship,
• Following and executing legal affairs,
• Carrying out finance and / or accounting affairs,

within the scope of legal reasons specified in Article 5 (2) of KVKK as follows: “a) To be clearly stipulated in the Laws” “c) To be necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties of the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract,” “ç) To be necessary for the data controller to fulfill his legal obligation “e) If the data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right”, Your personal data will be processed with your explicit consent according to the legal reasons specified in the KVKK and Electronic Commerce Law to inform you about the campaigns and innovations for PINE VALLEY HOTEL services.Your sensitive personal data will be processed by obtaining the guest’s explicit consent per the legal reason stated in Article 6 (2) of the KVKK to verify the identity of the person to be served and to provide SPA massage service and skincare services in a healthy way.

1. d) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your personal data will be transferred without seeking the explicit consent of the concerned person in accordance with Articles 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK for the following purposes:

• It will be shared with the General Directorate of Security to fulfill our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation.
• It may be shared with notary public, enforcement offices, and/or courts, if necessary, to carry out financial and/or accounting affairs within the scope of the collection of fees for products and services.
• It may be shared with the relevant public institutions and organizations to fulfill the relevant legislation’s legal obligations if required or requested.
• It will be shared with the contracted cargo company to deliver the items left and forgotten at the hotel.
• It may be shared with our lawyers as necessary within the confidentiality obligation framework to follow the legal processes.

1. e) Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data are obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic methods, based on the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 (2) and 6 (2) of the KVKK to fulfill the purposes specified in paragraph (c) of this text.

• Filling out forms, sending e-mail messages, contacting by phone call, visiting the website, and contacting via social media platforms by the concerned person.
• Online sales platforms, tourism agencies, organization companies, business card sharing in fairs or seminar visits, and forwarding through solution partner institutions or organizations.

1. F)  Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK

You have rights as a data owner within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, and you can submit your requests regarding these rights by filling in all the information specified in the Relevant Person Application Form, per the Article 11 and Clause 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and Communiqué Application Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Officer;

• By coming to our Company personally at the address “Ölüdeniz Mahallesi. Yastam Caddesi. No.2 Fethiye / MUĞLA ” 
• In writing, through a notary public or by registered mail, so that we can identify your identity and not inform wrong people,
• By sending an e-mail to info@hotelpinevalley.com via using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address (if any) notified to our Company and registered in our systems, or by other methods to be determined by the Board in the future.

1. g) Retention Period of Personal Data

NG Hotels deletes, destroys, destructs, or anonymizes personal data upon the expiration of the purpose of processing personal data and upon the expiration of obligatory retention periods specified in the Laws and other relevant legislation.

1. h) Changes and Updates

This disclosure text has been prepared within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 and other relevant legislation. Necessary changes can be made in the aforementioned clarification text in line with the relevant legislation and / or changes in the personal data processing purposes and policies of PINE VALLEY HOTEL.
